Che Vista condos on Venice Island in Venice FL are now complete.  I spotted trucks moving in the first residents last week. Here's an updated and final video for Che Vista, now that construction work is completed: Che Vista has direct beach access through Chauncy Howard Park , and most units have some kind of Gulf of Mexico view. These units sold for over $650,000 when new, with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and private elevators.  Che Vista is pet friendly, allowing two large dogs.  Condo fees are $496 monthly, but can change once new construction is completed and management is turned over to the owners. No resales have come on the market yet, but you can book mark my website and check when they become available, or you can let me know if you'd like an automatic email update as soon as the first Che Vista condo resale hits the market.

The Venice Gondola Sun has reported that a planned new 4-story condo on Venice Island has received re-zoning approval. The condo, called Che Vista Condominiums, is a project from local Venice FL developer Mike Miller.  It will be the first major luxury condominium on the Island in years, since Beleza and The Waterfront were built between 2005 and 2007. According to the Gondola Sun, Che Vista is slated for development on a vacant lot on The Esplanade. A quick look at Google Maps and our local MLS reveals that parcel is likely at the intersection of Ormond St., across from Beleza on Venice Beach .  Tax records indicate the parcel is owned by Venice Beach Condos LLC. Venice Beach condos are one of our area's best kept secrets.  Siesta Key gets a lot of press which creates a lot of demand.  That demand has created a big disparity in gulf front condo prices.
