The real estate industry is at the very beginning of a major shake up. Older, and yes, successful Realtors, are starting to fall behind due the increasing amount of technology available to us in our business and our daily lives. Technology for Realtors means two things: 1) Gadgets and 2) marketing platforms to reach customers on their gadgets. It's hard to serve customer needs when technology gets the better of Realtors Websites, blogs, and social media are all important ways for Realtors to market themselves. I use all three as a means to help potential customers learn about our area and learn about my experience and knowledge.
